Role PurposeThe exciting opportunity has arisen for an organised and experienced administrator to join our HR team, to support in providing a national HR administration service to the business. The successful candidate will be working within the HR team and going througha major change programme, supporting the team in all aspects of HR administrationMain Duties and ResponsibilitiesAdministration of all starters, leavers, transfers and employee changes, ensuring correspondence is issued accordinglyRespond to email and telephone queries regarding all HR administration processesResponsible for updating the HR system; ensuring the accuracy of the informationTo manage pre employment screening process for new starters, role changes and support any audit activityTo process all reference requestsFocus on simple, clear processes for the business to followWork on SLAs as set for the HR administrationWork closely with the wider HR function to create a strong effective HF functionInvolvement in HR projects as appropriateProcess reviews; providing feedback on process that are not fit f or purposeAlways maintain excellent filing procedures, with key focus on data accuracy andadherence to policiesTo maintain knowledge of statutory employment legislationQualifications & ExperienceExcellent attention to detail and organisational skillsStrong IT skills-in particular the use of Microsoft packages, i-Trent and other electronic filing systemsExperience of carrying out HR administration tasks and processes i.e. processing contracts, onboarding procedures, disclosure processing etcTrack record of managing sensitive and confidential information, adhering to GDPRData Handling - strong technical skills able to deliver fast and reliable data entry ensuring high qualityPrevious experience in office/HR environmentEducated to GCSE or equivalent levelExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to resolve problem
