Job Description

Sacco Mann are keen to speak with a Commercial Solicitor who would be interested in joining a small team within a firm in the North East. Working closely with clients, you will help them and their business reach their full potential whilst mitigating risk.This role will include you working closely alongside some longstanding clients with non-transactional advice. You will assist with:

  • Commercial contract reviews
  • Terms and conditions
  • Contractual joint ventures
  • Website terms and conditions, privacy policies, cookie policies
  • Data protection
  • Distribution and agency contracts
  • E-commerce
  • Franchising
  • Intellectual property protection and exploitation
In addition to the above, you will take an active role in business development. You will also have the opportunity to represent the firm both in-person, at networking events, and virtually on social media. Your skills and experience will assist you in ensuringyou give the highest standard of legal advice and client care.The ideal candidate will have the necessary experience in commercial matters. We are not limiting this search with a standard PQE and will assess all candidates on their own merit. You will join a close-knit collegiate team and will be given fantastic supportwhilst you tackle multiple cases under firm deadlines. It is essential you are organised and able to delegate work when needed.
