Job Description

Job DescriptionAs part of the retail sales team, you’ll be based within one of our stores in Edinburgh. You will be able to provide excellent service, meet sales targets and help customers find their perfect bed and mattress.Responsibilities

  • Complete customer orders through our tablets and processing finance applications
  • Ensuring high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
  • Implement in store promotions and displays
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Keep abreast of competitor promotions and product offerings
  • Meet individual sales targets
  • Maintain outstanding store condition through general housekeeping, cleaning and moving displays when needed
  • Deal with customer complaints in an efficient manner to maintain brand reputation
  • Additional duties as needed
Requirements and Skills
  • Retail sales experience or customer focused sales environment
  • Experience of delivering great customer service
  • A proactive approach to helping customers and understanding their needs
  • Engaging, positive and friendly personality
  • Problem solving skills
  • Experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
  • Comfortable using latest technology
