This is an exciting opportunity to join their customer service first line support team inEdinburgh and kickstart a career!Overview:This is a vital role within our clients business and you will be the first point of contact for all customer enquiries. As part of your daily role, you will support their friendly customer service first line support team and make their day by providingsolutions and a positive experience.Responsibilities:

  • Communicate electronically with customers through emails, live chat and calls
  • Identify customers’ needs and provide excellent first line support by providing solutions and alternatives
  • Keep records of conversations in company eCRM systems
  • Becoming a super user on the relevant software to support peers and customers
  • Troubleshoot, problem solve, collaborate with colleagues to support customers
  • Excellent training is provided to support you as you work for our team on systems including eCRM, Outlook, Microsoft Excel, Word, Teams and One Drive

Salary: £14,000 per annumWorking hours: 37 hours per weekBenefits:The team have a relaxed atmosphere and we want to support their staff to do well.
