Job Description

Focused Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Auto Insert Operator to join our clients manufacturing site within the Blackwood areaHours of WorkDay Shift- 5:48am - 14:00pm Monday to Thursday and 8:00am to 13:00pm FridaysAfternoon Shift- 1:48pm- 23:00pm Monday to Thursday and 1:48pm- 18:00pm FridaysResponsibilities

  • Operate A.O.I machinery to inspect all AI products and to standards which achieve efficiency targets.
  • Manually inspect PCBs.
  • Book PCBs onto internal systems once inspection is completed.
  • Feedback quality issues to relevant personnel.
  • Cross train on other A.I Machinery to provide flexibility within the department as required.
  • Ensure that all company operating values and compliance procedures are adhered to at all times, including quality management, health and safety, legal stipulation, environmental policies and general duty of care.
  • Any other duties deemed necessary.
Essential
  • Adequate numeracy and literacy skills
  • Good PC skills
  • Experience within electronics manufacturing
  • Knowledge of IPC 610 standards
  • Ersascope, x-ray and microscope experience
Desirable
  • Previous AOI machinery experience
  • IPC 610 qualified
  • Experience of in circuit board quality inspection.
  • Ability to solder to IPC standards
