They aim to provide the very best service, and they would love your help incontinuing that process.Tenancy Support WorkerLocation: Chesterfield - out in the communityHours: 37.5 Hours Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday & Occasional Weekend - Varied shift patternDriver essential - you will not be considered for this position should you not hold a UK Driving LicenceSalary and BenefitsFor your hard work and commitment, you will be paid a salary of £22,197 (£11 per hour) and a very desirable employee package.Overview of the RoleI am looking for a full-time Tenancy Support Worker, based in Chesterfield to work with service users who are at risk of homelessness. You will provide support to those who are in need, to try and access the appropriate benefits and help sustain their tenancy.Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing general practical and emotional support to people in the service in
  • Order to promote their independence and recovery
  • Responding appropriately to chaotic and challenging behaviour to promote the
  • Wellbeing of people in the service and staff
  • Providing support to those at risk of homelessness
  • Providing an effective and responsive supportive service
  • Liaise with referral teams/agencies regarding vacancies and referrals.
