Company description Job Title: Talent Acquisition CoordinatorLocation: RemoteSalary: Up to £22,000Contract: Full Time/PermanentFiola Myerthall TA Business Partner says..The TA Co-Ordinator role is pivotal to TA Team. Most of the time you are the first person that potential new colleagues engage with as well as the last person before they join the business, so its a responsibilityensuring candidates become colleagues.You will regularly interact with other teams including HR, Training, Hiring Manger, Resource Planning and 3rd Party Suppliers ensuring that best practises are shared.Its an exciting time to be part of the TA function as we go through real positive change, that will impact the ways we are working. There will be plenty of opportunity to get involved with additional project work along the way. This is the job As the Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will assist the Talent Acquisition team in managing the end-to-end recruitment process across the AA.This role will involve all reporting and administration, including candidate screening, liaising with line managers in scheduling interviews and responsible for the day-to-day support and advice within the Talent Acquisition function. What will I be doing

  • Manage the loading and tracking of all vacancies and reporting on recruitment data
  • Maintain data integrity on recruitment statistics and within (ATS) Talentlink
  • Take responsibility for the initial screening of candidates where requested (screening may include but not be limited to initial profile review, CV review and telephone screening
  • Build strong relationships with candidates, the Talent Acquisition and wider HR team as well as our Business Partners to deliver an efficient, highly organised and high-quality candidate experience.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement of the candidate experience and scheduling process.
  • Collaborate with recruiting leaders to improve upon and streamline existing process and programs and develop innovative strategies around finding top talent.
  • Assist with the booking of interviews
  • Pro-actively manage internal and external job postings
  • Monitor the recruitment mailbox and action queries accordingly
  • Process recruitment related purchase orders and track invoices in a timely manner
  • Participate in project initiatives to improve Recruitment practices and procedures
  • Coordination of group interview, recruitment days/fairs and open evenings
  • Candidate liaison and administering candidate experience surveys
  • Administration and coordination of candidate related testing
  • Act as a liaison to recruitment agencies when required
  • Act as the first point of contact for agencies and external suppliers
  • Gathering hiring manager and candidate feedback post interviews and keeping candidates informed on the status of their application.
