Job Description

Your new roleAre you interested in behavioural change and high performing teams Have you experience of training delivery Do you understand and how people learn and how to help them develop Can you manage a variety or stakeholders Are you organised and able to projectmanageIf so, we have an exciting opportunity for an IBIP Implementation Manager to join our IBIP team (Improving Performance Improving Behaviours) in our Major Projects Directorate.What youll be leading on

  1. Leading a network of IBIP coaches to enable shared learning and consistency in approach- developing and managing the IBIP Coach training programme, ensuring robust quality assurance, tracking and improving IBIP Coach capability.
  2. Managing IBIP resource deployment across all Major Projects Programmes to enable the team to provide the best service.
  3. Ensuring IBIP Delivery Leads, IBIP Coaches and external specialists have access to up to date, fit for purpose IBIP tools and training materials,
  4. Support the delivery of IBIP behavioural interventions e.g. behavioural assessments of teams and observations.
  5. Support the IBIP Delivery leads with their programme of work including scheduling, evaluation, measuring and co - delivery and facilitation of learning inventions
  6. Managing measurement and benefits realisation of all BIP interventions
  7. Produces monthly dashboard of IBIP performance.
  8. Managing the relationship and contract of our externals suppliers e.g. behavioural consultants
  9. Support the Head of IBIP with financials and budget tracking
To be successful youll need
  • Training delivery experience with the ability to train and deliver and manage workshops in an on-line environment as well as face to face
  • An understanding of coaching principles and how it helps people in behavioural change and learning
  • Relationship management skills - influence and build high trust relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
  • Project management - the ability to organise and plan delivery of programmes of work and teams and use of assurance standards
  • Ability to analyse data and undertake benefit and trend analysis to support and evaluate bespoke behavioural interventions.
  • Understanding of behavioural change and transformation in complex organisations
