Job Description

Company DescriptionWarrens is a leading third party service provider with an outstanding industry reputation and a dedicated focus on storage and logistics of non-refrigerated baked goods.We are currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers on full-time, permanent contracts based at our Rugby site.Shift: 5 on 3 off, days or nightsavailable

  • Flexible AM and PM start times available
Salary: We are proud to say that we pay weekly to our drivers.(OTE £54,266 pa)
  • £43,799.04 pa basic pay
  • £70 per week (paid monthly) Performance bonus
  • £192 per day over time rate + £25 per day for commiting/carrying out overtime shift
  • Night shifts paid at a premium ; additional £1.50 ph for hours worked between 4pm-4am
Job Description
  • Work consisting of collections and delivering into RDCs.
  • Average shift length is 12 hours (in line with working time directive)
Qualifications
  • Possession of HGV Class 1 Driver license
  • Valid CPC
  • Knowledge of Road Transport Directive and current drivers hours
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately under pressure
  • Effectively prioritize workload in order to meet set deadlines
