Job Description

Your new roleCo-ordination Assistant What youll be leading on

  1. Managing the preparation, critical analysis, and quality assurance of regular and ad-hoc reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  2. Working with the Head of Investigation and Inquest Co-ordination and Co-ordination Managers to gather and record detailed and sometimes sensitive information in response to legal challenges and requirements.
  3. Building networking relationships and deliver proactive business support to key internal and external stakeholders to ensure on time, quality reporting requirements are met, and to enable projects and programmes to realise time, cost, quality, and efficienciestargets.
  4. Continuously developing and improving performance reports to act as the catalyst for effective continuous improvement in accuracy and consistency, encouraging a performance driven culture and enhancing the wider directorates awareness of the benefits ofeffective management and business reporting.
  5. Developing and managing flexible document storage and retrieval solutions in line with corporate procedures.
  6. Managing the development of resilient systems and processes which minimise risks, maximise efficiencies, improve directorate performance in line with organisational targets and objectives, and enable a clear line of sight of the Motorway Development Divisionportfolio.
To be successful
  • Considerable experience working in a performance reporting role within a fast paced, results driven organisation.
  • Demonstrable evidence of successful engagement with internal and external clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to grasp the realities and complexities of the business and to understand the implications of applying specialist knowledge.
  • Ability to assimilate and convey complex and challenging information effectively to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to work under pressure to ensure delivery of high-quality results to tight timescales.
  • Evidence of working successfully to influence behaviours and activities both within and outside the immediate team.
