Role: Client Retention SpecialistSalary: £30,000Location: Basford, NottinghamHours: Monday to Friday with a degree of flexibility due to the nature of the roleOur client, a leading management consultancy in Nottingham, is seeking to appoint an individual to its existing team:Duties of the Client Retention Specialist:

meet with existing clients
organise networking events with exisiting clients
be avialable to answer client concerns
attend networking events
talk through exisiting clients concerns or requirements

The background and experience required for this role is not set in stone. You may come from a recruiter background, you love meeting with clients but are not enamoured with the "hard sales" approach. You may have worked within Estate Agency and enjoy buildinga rapport with customer, but again, dislike the "sales" approach.Equally, your background may be within Insurance or Financial Services, but the common thread is "I love engaging with clients but I hate the hard sell" - if this is you, this could be the role you have been looking for....Unfortunately we are unable to contact all candidates due to the large volume of applications we receive.
