Job Description

In this role you will significantly impact the success of the company brand.The Role

  • Take inbound Retail sales and customer service calls
  • Aim to guide customers to purchase the correct product either over the phone or the website
  • Respond directly to inbound telephone and email sales enquiries.
  • Follow up enquiries and ensure deliveries are on time
  • A clear and confident communicator both in person, over the phone and in email.
  • Good at prioritising workload and meeting targets.
  • Able to use initiative and work alone as well as support the trade sales team.
  • An interest in technology and wildlife.
  • You will need good organizational skills in order to complete all allocated tasks within the required timeframe and to the required level of accuracy, demonstrating satisfactory levels of literacy and numeracy to write simple letters and e-mails. You willalso need to demonstrate effective record keeping.
