All-in-all, were pretty cool.About youAre you a Maths, Physics, or Computer Science Graduate with a passion for problem solving Are you logical, highly communicative and methodical with an interest or knowledge of database relationships/data mapping Can you take complex problems and simplifythem in translation Were not looking for a data scientist for our new role, but what we are looking for is a person ready to flex their problem-solving muscles and get stuck into a graduate role that could be a springboard into systems, activations, customersuccess or even a tech application specialist.Reporting to the Head of Customer Success, you will be joining an expanding onboarding function within a growing Customer Success team. You will work closely with our DevOps, Technical Support and Activations Consulting teams, ensuring customer data is translatedand inputted in the most efficient and logical way.Please note this is NOT an IT job - you will not be dealing with customer issues, and we are not looking for someone from an IT support background for this role.What youll do Liaise with our customers technical, data and analytical teams to extract information and data required for on-boarding new customers Refine and translate data to fit the requirements of our application Hold customer workshops to discuss and propose optimum system configuration; Complete e-bate system configuration using database table input; Document system configurations and brief the e-bate Technical Support team accordingly; Work with the Technical Support team to ensure completion of key tasks through our support desk; Work closely with e-bate Customer Success Executives and Activations Consultants to ensure the data bit of onboarding is delivered on time; Deliver training on the data maintenance bit of the system to our customers as part of their activation. Hone your ability to manage numerous customer projects concurrently that are delivered on time and in full alignment with desired outcomes and deliverables in a proactive, autonomous and diligent manner.What we need from you: Knowledge of SQL and API protocols BA or BS degree in a scientific, numerical or computational science degree An analytical and questioning mind A passion for problem solving Excellent communication skills. The desire to learn, improve and work together. Coachability, openness to feedback and dedication to consistent self-improvement.
