Job Description

Job Role: HR/recruitment AssistantSalary: £23,500-£25000Location: Mountsorrel(Based in the office on a full time basis)Are you passionate about people, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have a keen eye for detail If so, we want YOU to be a vital part of our growing team as a HR/Recruitment.My client based in Mountsorrel are looking to introduce an Assistant HR/Recruitment assistant to their team to provide comprehensive administrative/on boarding support to the Hiring Managers and the Head of RecruitmentResponsibilities.

  • Processing candidate applications through our ATS (Matron).
  • Updating and managing all social media platforms.
  • Accurately maintaining office systems and databases
  • Manage all Reference checking and chasing across the group.
  • Processing online DBSs for all candidates and understanding the importance speed and type of DBS needed.
  • Assigning online training to successful candidates and maintaining their training is up to date as an employee.
  • Being a point of contact for all new starters within their first month.
Requirements
  • Strong attention to detail is essential to excel in this role.
  • Manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and employees.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices is a plus.
  • Experience in a HR/Recruitment setting
