Multi Trade Operative - £30,000.00 - £32,500.00 - Permanent + Van and Fuel + Benefits Multi Trade required for a Housing Association providing a range of services including Responsive Repairs and VoidsExciting opportunity for Multi Trade for contract based in Mottingham, Chislehurst & LewishamThe role:

To provide reactive maintenance of domestic properties

To fault find and ensure satisfactory fault rectification;

Requirements:

Full UK driving license, maximum 6 endorsement points

Social Housing experience
