Site Operations LeaderBusiness Unit: DigitalLocation: Redditch, B98 9HDContract Type: Permanent - Full TimeHours: 37.5Salary: £40,000 - £45,000We have an exciting new opportunity for a Site Operations Leader to join our production team in Redditch.We have a fantastic team, who support and help each other every day, and we are looking for an experienced Site Operations Leader who wants to be a part of our journey at this exciting time.You will be accountable for leading the operational management team across the Restore Digital site; to ensure that operational capability is delivered in line with contractual requirements and to high standards of safety, quality, customer satisfactionand efficiency, through the sharing of best practices, and high performing and engaged teams.RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure that an effective Health and Safety culture of awareness is in place across all sites in the business, and work in collaboration with the HSE Advisor to continually seek improvements
Provide leadership and management to the operational management team across the site, driving consistency in delivery, meeting SHEQ standards, and maximising efficiencies
Ensure that contracts and projects are delivered commercially to agreed quality and financial targets, and sites achieve their budgets and maximise financial return
Create high-performing and engaged teams, where people clearly understand their responsibilities and accountabilities and deliver on these
Measure customer service and satisfaction and strive to consistently exceed expectations
Plan and manage service capacity effectively within the business, ensuring that available capacity supports contractual and new business demand
Adhere to all Company Policies and Procedures contained in the Information Security, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Quality Management Systems, and ensure that the operational management team is aware
Understand the key principles and requirements of ISO 27001 and GDPR and be able to effectively demonstrate compliance with all applicable information security requirements
