Design and deliver cutting-edge training programs, equipping our managers with skills for success in a rapidly evolving business landscape.If youre a proven catalyst for change, with a track record in impactful training modules, leadership growth, and organizational performance, we want YOU! Be a hands-on specialist, working across all areas of our business, accessing training requirementsthat supercharge our effectiveness. �Your Responsibilities:In-house leadership and management program design and deliveryEngaging classroom training leadership�Specialised training in People Management, Recruitment, and Coaching�Bringing classroom training to life through line manager coachingMaintaining training records on the systemSupporting client training requestsDeveloping bespoke courses for elevated leadershipBuilding relationships and consulting on solutions�Providing expertise on leadership and soft skills projectsDesigning, delivering, and managing Leadership ProgramsSupporting ongoing development of new employeesRevising and updating programs for changing work environment Essential Skills

  • Expert knowledge of blended learning interventions
  • Previous experience in a leadership and management development specialist role
  • Experience of coaching and nurturing internal talent
  • Experience and confidence in teaching groups of individuals to become future business leaders
  • Experience in the production of bespoke training programmes to meet business needs
