Job Description

An exciting opportunity to work for a developing business based in Mildenhall. Our client is a market leading innovative designer of key products and offers a great working environment in newly refurbished modern offices.This is a brand new exciting position based in newly refurbished offices.You will be involved in project managing orders and will be responsible for liaising with the relevant departments throughout the whole process.Key duties:

  • Checking Plans
  • Completing all admin duties
  • Chasing Suppliers
  • Issuing P.O for suppliers
  • Arranging surveys
  • Co- ordinating CAD drawings
  • Working spreadsheets
  • Using company CRM
  • Printing and laminating plans
  • Sending plans to customers
  • Helping the team in other areas and covering for holidays
  • Raising Proforma
  • Working tasks on CRM
  • Using Sage 200
Experience required:
  • Previous administration experience.
  • Computer literate - Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work on own initiative.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Working tasks on CRM
  • Using Sage 200
