Job Description

We are seeking a professional and experienced Administrator who is used to working in a busy environment and able to adapt to changing priorities. You will demonstrate an excellent service to all clients over the phone, face to face and via email.Start: ASAPLocation: Mildenhall, SuffolkHours: Monday - Friday 9am or 10am - 2pm or 3pm (5 hours per day)Hourly Rate: £11.00 an hour + holiday payDuration: 2-3 months with a possible extensionTo be suitable for this role you MUST have previous administration experience and be a confident communicator both verbally and in writing.Duties:

  • Providing administration support to HR, Accounts, Sales, Design, Business Operations and Transport teams
  • Greeting and welcoming visitors on site
  • Auditing personal files
  • Data entry on the internal system
  • Scanning documents
  • Filling paperwork appropriately
  • Answering the telephone
  • Responding to emails
Knowledge, skills, and experience required:
  • Previous experience in administration
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Be happy to undertake and assist with business development within the team
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise workload
