Service Desk ManagerUp to £45,000 DOE + Pension + 28 Days Annual Leave + Company Van or Fuel CardMiddlewich (site based 5 x per week) This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced IT solutions specialist who are growing again due to winning a number of new contracts, this innovative MSP offers progression and development opportunities. This company are a thriving Managed Service Provider which offers a variety of IT services and solutions to a vast range of local enterprises. Due to their continued success, they are expanding their Infrastructure and Networking team. In this role you will manage a busy helpdesk team for an MSP. You will have a direct responsibility for SLAs and 24/7 support rotas; whilst supporting customers and team members with technical knowledge, training and assistance. You will solve a variety ofproblems for clients, providing up to 3rd line support on software/network and IT hardware troubleshooting.The ideal candidate will have experience managing a technical support team, ensuring engineers meet daily KPIS and are providing excellent customer service. You will ensure that all procedures are followed efficiently and to a high standard. You will have strongcommercial experience with LAN/WAN protocols, networking, routing and firewalls. You will be able to commute to client sites within an hour radius when required.This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-moving company with a large amount of accumulated experience and knowledge, where no two days are the same and where no one leaves without learning something new each day!The Role:
