Job Description

We have a great job opportunity for Social Worker for Leaving Careto deliver child focused practices inCheshire.Pay rate £45/HrYour key responsibilities will include:

  • Assess the need for social work service including the identification of risk and the need for protection and determine the method of intervention.
  • Prepare for and attend supervision sessions and staff meetings and make use of all available training and developmental opportunities.
  • Contribute to the evaluation and development of services and new ideas by sharing knowledge about theory, skills and practice with other Childrens Social Care staff, professional groups and interested bodies.
  • Liaise and negotiate with other professionals, statutory and voluntary agencies to ensure that the best possible service is provided for children and their families.
Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.Essential Requirements:
  • SWE Registered
  • Must have at least two years of post-qualifying experience working with children
  • Require Driving License
