Job Description

Senior Technical Support AnalystJob Title: Senior Technical Support AnalystSalary: £32,000-£35,000Location: Middlewhich, CheshireMy client have entered 2023 with huge plans for growth.In this exciting time they are looking for a technical and passionate IT Support Engineer to join their team on a permanent basis. This opportunity will allow the chosen candidate to work in a fast-paced Managed Service Provider, working with the latesttechnologies and a chance to progress and develop alongside a team of likeminded individuals.We are keen to hear from passionate 2nd liners in Cheshire who have experience in IT Support Positions, you must hold a driving license for this role.What is the role

  • Provide a variety of Second- and some Third-line support via telephone, email, or onsite.
  • Attend Customer Sites to provide solutions and hands on support
  • Maintain the highest level of customer service at all times
What is required
  • Experience in a previous 2nd Line or 3rd Line position IT Support Position
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Flexibility in your approach to travelling to sites too support customers with both technical requirements and projects
  • Be driven and keen to progress, develop and self-improve
  • Can-do attitude
Technical Requirements
  • Strong Networking - Trouble Shooting, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN
  • Virtualisation- VMware or Hyper v
  • Strong Microsoft Stack- Office365, SharePoint, Exchange
  • Firewalls - Sophos, Meraki, Draytek
  • Back ups - VEEAM
