Role: Registered Manager Salary: £40-45k plus 6k potential OFSTED bonus Location: Thurrock/Middlewich/Swindon/Wolverhampton Want to work for a rewarding business Youll be working as a Registered Manager for a childrens residential home in one of the locations above. Youll earn up to £45,000 per annum PLUS up to £6,000 Ofsted related bonuses and £5,000 relocation package. Not only willit be your duty to take care of the children living within the home but also youll be taking care of the team of working adults working within the home. This can be extremely tough so youll need to be able to inspire, communicate, stay calm under pressureand stay positive when plans get derailed. Youll be someone who can demonstrate a high level of empathy whilst also guaranteeing our level of care is maintained at the very best standard.
