Job Description

Do you have experience working with children and families Are youkeen to deliver high quality service in child focused practice If so this role is perfect fit for you.We are looking forsocial work PracticeManagerto join our rapidly expanding Locality teams.Pay rate £45PHYour key responsibilities will include:

  • You will manage a busy and friendly locality team of an Advanced Practitioner and Social Workers to ensure the right support and interventions are in place for children and their families and that children are protected from significant harm.
  • The team work predominantly with children in need, child protection pre-proceedings and undertake both care proceeding and private law applications.
  • On a longer-term basis, you will work with children, young people and their families providing help and support to make effective change.
Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.As the ideal candidate, you will:
  • Be SWE Registered
  • Have minimum 1 years of experience working with children and families
  • Must hold UK Driving License
