Job Description

Leaving Care Personal AdvisorCheshire East Council Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting a PA for Cheshire East Councils Care Leavers. As a Leaving Care PA you will with or on behalf of individuals and families to meet their social care needs in order to optimise their wellbeing, maximise their independence/potential and so improve the quality of their life and, where required, interveneto protect them from risk of significant harm.Essential Requirements

  • Previous experience working with Children/Young people and Families
  • Enhanced DBS
  • Full clean driving Licence with use of vehicle
  • Understanding of Child development
  • Level 3 in Child care desirable
