Job Description

Location: MiddlewichSalary: 23 - 25k p/a DOE Type: PermanentHours: Full time, 45 per week, variable shift pattern, 1 day weekend Pro-Force Limited are looking for a Contract Coordinator to join our busy on-site team based in Middlewich. The role would suit a hands on, committed individual with a background in recruitment or a staff planning role, who is looking to learn and developwithin a supportive environment.Working as a key part of the larger West Midlands team, the role would be responsible for recruitment, staff planning, day to day bookings and meeting client expectations.Due to the nature of the position, a full clean driving licence is required.Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment, shortlisting, selection, registration, induction and onboarding of temporary staff
  • Daily and weekly planning and booking of staff to meet client requirements
  • Weekly processing of hours to central Payroll team for payment
  • Management of absence, sickness, holiday, queries, complaints and concerns
  • Supporting client staff and meeting requirements
The role is all about meeting and matching client and candidate expectations, so would suit someone who is focused, able to multi-task and can think on their feet. The role acts as the key contact for temporary staff, so being approachable, welfare orientatedand able to problem solve is critical for success.The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Good ITC skills, including Excel, Word, Outlook etc.
  • Previous experience within a planning, staff management or recruitment role
  • Excellent administration and organisational skills
Fluency in English is required, and fluency as well as at least one other language (Romanian, Bulgarian, Russian) is highly desirable.
