Job Description

Our client in Middlewich are looking for an administrator to join their busy team.The RoleProvide administrative support to the business, primarily relating to incoming and outgoing bookings. Liasing with customers and internal parties, provide timely accurate information to facilitate the smooth running of bookings, internal documentation flowand storageDuties

  • Review incoming bookings for completeness.
  • Distribute booking request to all interested internal parties for consideration.
  • Chase internal parties to ensure timely response and confirm booking slots to customer.
  • Create virtual and physical booking packs. Supervise, coordinate and faciliate their distribution as they are processesed through the system by internal parties.
  • Once completed, physically and virtually file the resolved booking packs
  • Book outgoing load slots with third party disposal sites.
  • Provide receptionist service for incoming calls
  • To complete Ad-Hoc tasks under direction Supervisor (in line with personal competency)
