Job Description

Do you want to make a positive change in adults lives Maybe youre ready for a new challenge in a developing service If so, this role could be perfect fit for you.Pay rate will be£35/Hr.Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Working with adults who have care and support needs and their carers, carrying out complex strengths-based assessments / reviews, short term enablement plans, Care Act assessments, specialist mental capacity assessments, support plans and safeguarding plans.
  • Support independence amongst people accessing their services.
  • Draws on strengths, resources and networks that people and families have.
  • Identify and build solutions that work for them and respects people as experts in their own lives.
Reed are now offering a joining bonus of up to £250 for Qualified Social Workers. Terms apply.Essential Requirements:
  • SWE Registered
  • Must have at least two years of post-qualifying experience working with adults in a statutory setting
