Job Description

We are currently partnering with a leading educational body based in Coventry, who are recruiting for a Reward Analyst to join their growing team on a permanent basis.This is a full-time position with a salary paying up to £45,000, and with home working available four days a week.Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Conducting job benchmarking and job evaluation processes, supporting the review panel, and ensuring accurate records
  • Supporting reward cycle initiatives, including pay reviews and bonus processes
  • Carrying out benchmarking exercises on tools used by competitors to ensure the approach is competitive
  • Completing statutory pay gap returns and reports, internal presentations and associated analysis
  • Supporting with production of data and analysis for remuneration and benefit reviews
Skills, knowldge and expertise required:
  • Previous experience of pay and reward
  • Knowledge of job evaluation, pension and benefits administration
  • Understanding of relevant legislation, best practice and current trends
  • Experience supporting with the production of data and analysis
