Data Manager£40,000-£45,000Hybrid Working in CoventryKey Responsibilities (please note this is not a list of each and every activity associated with these responsibilities):• To contribute to the drive for organisational change through supporting the drive for a single customer view from which AHDB can better understand and communicate with its’ farmers and stakeholders more effectively.• Create and implement effective and secure procedures for data management• Responsible for monitoring, analysing, evaluating, reporting on and improving data quality and performance• Ensure adequacy, accuracy and legitimacy of data use• Help to identify, and improve methods of data capture and integration• Manage the migration & integration of data into the CRM.• Assist in ensuring the CRM platform (Microsoft Dynamics) continues to meet organisational needs• Ensure adherence to legal and company standards• Troubleshooting, problem solving and management of data-related queries• Updating and maintaining the CRM data• Maintain GDPR & PECR compliance• Support others in the daily use of the CRM and other platforms / software as appropriate• Establish and maintain contact with the industry through participation in meetings/events/open days as required.• Actively promote a positive and collaborative culture that is focused on delivering customer service and excellent value for money• Ensure that department resources and capabilities are managed in an efficient, effective, and economic way which maximise the returns on levy investment• Provide technical and tactical leadership for designated areas/audiences/topics.• Has line management and / or mentoring responsibility.• The post holder may be required to undertake other duties assigned by the line manager as appropriate.Person Specification - Knowledge/Skills/Experience:• Extensive experience as Data Manager• May have relevant professional qualification in communications / data management e.g BSc/BA in computer science or relevant field• Ideally proficient in Access / Scribe / SQL• Experience of Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power BI and other integrated systems and technologies.• Comprehensive understanding of GDPR and PECR• A hands-on team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment• Excellent analytical, written, presenting and influencing skills• Excellent project management skills• Exceptional attention to detail• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Access, Word etc.)• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills• Evidence of budget management• Previous line management/mentor experience
