Recruitment Coordinators (Associate Lecturers)£20,000 - £23,000 pa plus Excellent Benefits1 Permanent Position1 Fixed Term Contract for up to 16 monthsBased in our Coventry Head Office with some agile working availableThe Opportunity: We are looking for experienced Coordinators to join us, to support the recruitment of our Associate Lecturers (ALs). You will coordinate and respond to day to day AL recruitment queries, ensuring that recruitment policies and procedures arefollowed, and onboarding processes are carried out. You will deliver excellent service standards to applicants and key hiring stakeholders throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.About You: We are looking for self-starters with excellent written, verbal communication and interpersonal skills to support our academic hiring managers.
