We are currently looking for an HR Systems and Data Analystto join our People Services Team.Reporting to the Senior Systems and Data Specialist, you will provide support to the operation of the HR system and its constituent modules, including investigating and resolving system queries, running reports, reviewing and manipulating data, testing systemupgrades and making minor configuration changes. You will provide input into system-related process design, and maintain various system related documentation. This role sits within the People Team, and you will be expected to be in the office 2 days a week.About You: You will need to have an in-depth working knowledge of HR systems, as well as a good understanding of operational HR processes. You will have advanced Excel skills, and be used to developing reports and handling large amounts of data. We are looking forsomeone who can manipulate and present data from different sources for maximum impact, and really understands systems with the ability to maximise their use to continually improve, update and automate processes.You will need to have an up to date knowledge of legislation governing HR administration, including GDPR.
