We are currently looking for a Coordinator to work inour newly formed People Experience Team, who look after all things to do with the employee experience.You will be responsible for the development, implementation, and maintenance of administrative services to support the team. The role will be varied, and will include speaking to stakeholders, collating data and preparing reports, support with arrangingworkshops and events such as staff inductions, and supporting aspects of the employee engagement survey including using the on-line platform.About You: This is a new position, and gives someone a great opportunity to make the role their own. We are looking for an experienced coordinator who is a quick learner, adaptable and able to work on their own initiative, as well as being a great team player. Youwill need to be happy to embrace new technology, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in your work. Experience in employee engagement or HR is important for this role.We encourage all colleagues to develop new skills and increase their knowledge, where possible underpinned by accredited professional qualifications.
