Work as Registered Branch Manager for a complex care provider, supporting clients to live independently at home and within their wider communities. The role of Registered Manager is to be based within a well-established branch in Manchester.We are looking for a Registered Manager with experience working with complex care. You will have excellent CQC knowledge and experience of managing carers in the community. You will also oversee nurses working in the community, although they will also haveclinical supervisions from the nurse managers.The role is full time working Monday to Friday 9am-5pm and the salary is negotiable on experience circa £37,000.The successful candidate will ideally have their NVQ Level 5 In Management, however the company will put you on this course if you do not have this qualification.The Registered Manager will take on accountability for the branch, ensuring compliance with company polices and regulatory requirements; striving to achieve 100% compliance on internal and external audits.You will work closely in a collaborative way with all other agencies and stakeholders including Trust, Agencies, Care Homes, Nursing Homes, Private Sector Hospitals and Clinics, NHSP, nurse banks, commissioners and CCGS.
