Quality Assurance- DAYS ROLE - NO NIGHTS/WEEKENDS!Salary: £27,00 - £34,000Location: Merton, LondonA fantastic oppurtunity has arrised for a seasoned Quality Engineer based in Merton, London. This opputnity is for a large Industrial Manufacturer looking to expand their Quality team. The aim of this role is implement process controls that will ensure productionof finished goods that meet or exceed customer requirements. Moreover, this quality engineer wil lead continuous improvement by ultilitizing approariote quality tools and provide data analysis.Some of your main resposnibilities will include:Set up locker, Support with documents together with General Manager -Site tour and (Health Safety training)- Quality Manual/Factory Procedures to maintain and update according to new legislation or as corrective action followed an audit.Computer- Technical File maintain or update when required. - HACCP/ CCPs/ Process Flow/ Allergens -internal Auditing, CCPs Validation & Verification,- Company Policies maintain & update if there are changes on legislation -Traceability verification and file-Printing Labels, creating labels when NPD, amend according to changes in production recipes.- Calibration Weight/Temp Probe/Scales weekly- annually submission to external calibration E.T./ UKAS certificationGlass & Hard Plastic Audit monthly and follow corrective actions with site engineer. -On Hold Procedure/ Corrective ActionPest Control/ Maintain file update and followed with corrective actions as per of routine visits.GMP Audits Weekly.Skills required for the Quality Assurance

Experience in a Automotive envirnoment
Working in a qualityrole
Minimum of HACCP Level 3
