The roleYoull work alongside our Centre Lead, taking joint responsibility for operation one of our vibrant learning centres. Each day, youll lead and develop a team of inspiring tutors, nurture lots of budding fearless learners, and welcome new families into yourcentre. Your key objectives will be:

Benefits:Starting salary: £24,000 + £3,500 London Weighting + a pay progression of up to £5000 in your first year if you progress to our Centre Lead role.Contract: Full-time, permanent contractWorking Hours: Tuesday11am - 8pmWednesday11am - 8pmThursday11am - 7pmFriday9am - 6pmSaturday9am - 5pm Holidays: 28 annual days + 2 well-being and volunteer daysWellbeing: Discounted gym memberships and sportwear, freecounselling, cycle to work scheme and afree tastecardBenefits: Referral bonus, staff discounts, enhanced parental leave and pensionAll successful applicants will undertake employment reference checks, and a Disclosure & Barring Service check.
