Job Description

We are The Hire Place UK, part of the Places for People Group; we are looking for aHireControllerto join our team.This role is a varied andinterestingrole which requiresinvolvementin the completehireprocess and is anopportunityto be involved in a widevarietyof the functions within thehirebusiness.The primary function of this role will be dealingwithcustomers, and arranginghireand sales of goods and equipment, completing theappropriatepaperwork, planning driver routes, dealingwithinvoice queries, placing orderswithsuppliers and related tasks,alongwithmany other duties that may be required from time to time.For moreinformationplease download our job profileavailableon our website.More about youIdeally applicants should:

  • Be able to buildrelationshipswithcustomers.
  • Possess an excellent telephone manner.
  • Havegoodorganisationalskills and theabilityto multitask andprioritisewithin a busy depotenvironment.
  • Work well as part of a team.
  • Be able to complete paperwork quickly, neatly, andaccurately.
  • Haveknowledge of MS Office including Outlook/Word/Excel, as well as basicmathematicalability.
  • Havean attention to detail
  • Possess general practical skills.
  • Be willing to learn and buy in to the company ethos.
  • Havea“Can Do”attitude and be willing to take on any task.
Experience in thehireindustry is an advantage but not essential.Supportand assistance are provided, and those displaying thenecessaryabilityandcommitmentwillhaveopportunitiesto progress.
