There really is no limit to what we can produce!We are looking to grow our team as we have just moved into a new 35,000 sq ft state-of-the-art premises in Merstham, Surrey. We are a fun and dynamic award-winning company where we value our team and relentlessly pursue excellence in all we do.Competencies & Experience:A management position within the company to help identify and win new business, manage key clients and provide oversight the account managers and account executives.

  • Significant experience in senior account management.
  • Strong marketing thinking and understanding of current trends.
  • Exemplary client service skills with the ability to deliver excellence.
  • Proven ability to create new business and develop existing portfolios.
  • Excellent time management, numeracy skills and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed inter-personal skills and experience in interacting with senior stakeholders.
  • Fluent and articulate in verbal communication with the ability to convey interest and enthusiasm when presenting.
  • Assertive and able to take charge of a situation when appropriate with the ability to lead, motivate and influence others.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams.
  • Excellent understanding and experience of the events, experiential industry.
  • Previous experience and involvement in brand activation, experiential or production management.
  • Expertise in rate card and contract negotiation procedures.
