Provide high-quality, user-focused care.
Contribute to the development of new services and care pathways.
Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy.
Actively engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.

Qualifications and Skills:

Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN and a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.
Demonstrable clinical expertise.
Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
Proficient in developing and applying flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
