Job Description

Position Title: Registered Mental Nurse (RMN)Location: Coventry, CV7Employment Type: Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)Annual Salary: £34,900 - £37,227About Our Organization:We are actively searching for a compassionate Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) to join our team at a specialized 31-bed rehabilitation and recovery facility in Coventry, CV7. Dedicated to serving adult males and females, our purpose-built center provides a positiveatmosphere for stabilizing mental health symptoms and fostering the development of essential self-management and independent living skills. Our facility boasts a monitored program, including Occupational Therapy services, real work opportunities, and uniquebenefits.Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality, user-focused care.
  • Contribute to the development of new services and care pathways.
  • Support the local implementation of the Group Nursing Strategy.
  • Actively engage in continuous quality improvement within the service.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Registered Mental Nurse (RMN) with an active NMC PIN and a minimum of 12 months post-qualification experience.
  • Demonstrable clinical expertise.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to change, improvement, and quality.
  • Proficient in developing and applying flexible and innovative approaches to practice.
  • Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
