Our client is seeking a dynamic Finance Business Partner to join its team. This is a unique opportunity for a qualified and experienced accountantto take on a pivotal role, contributing to the financial success of an esteemed and expanding business.Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner include:

Act as a strategic partner, collaborating with business units to provide financial insights and guidance.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and drive financial performance.
Conduct thorough financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to support decision-making processes.
Identify areas for process improvement and contribute to the development of financial strategies.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
Provide financial leadership and mentorship to cross-functional teams.

The successful Finance Business Partner:

Qualified Accountant (ACCA, ACA, or CIMA).
Proven experience working at group level.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
