Job title:TraineeDuty ManagerLocation: Meopham Fitness & Tennis centre, Wrotham Road, Meopham, Kent, DA13 0AHJob type:Permanent, part timeWorking Hours:11 hours per week, Wednesday 4pm to 9pm, Saturday 8am to 2pm, with the need to do further hours when required on a Saturday for Birthday parties and bookings past 2pmSalary:£8.91 per hour + pay uplift of £10.50 per hour when covering for duty managerHere at Meopham Fitness & Tennis centre our goal is to get more people, more active, more often. We provide affordable access to a wide range of sports and leisure facilities to support healthier and happier people across all segments of the local community.To deliver those services takes an enthusiastic and customer focused team - and right now we are looking to recruit for a ReliefDuty Manager to join the centre.The Relief Duty Managers role is to manage the facility on a day to day basis ensuring all activities are delivered to a high standard with safety as the first priority. The role will involve a Reception work, sales, set up/set downs and high level of customerinteraction, as well as the deployment and supervision of the operational team, while working alongside the Duty Manager to learn the role and when required cover sickness and A/L for other Duty Managers on site where possible.We share your passion for leisure and we will offer a safe, fun and professional working environment with excellent development opportunities.
