Cordant People are currently recruiting for Extrusion Operatives for their client based in Meltham, Holmfirth.Candidates must have an in date Counterbalance FLT license for this role.Main Duties will include, but not limit to; Operate machines following correct operating procedures To work in accordance with the Company Quality System Excellent manufacturing techniques and enhance performance Follow works orders to achieve production plan and customer orders Ensure that raw material, bought in and manufactured products meet company standards Inform the Operations Manager or relevant supervisor of machine problems Accurate completion of Company paperwork Maintain a clean and tidy work environment Work as part of a team, showing flexibility to assist in other duties and tasks asrequired Demonstrate excellent communication and assist in smooth shift handovers Show flexibility in working hours, including overtime, to meet business needs Any other duties as requiredHours of work; Monday - Thursday 8.00am - 6.00pm & Friday 8.00am - 5.00pm Night shifts (6-6, 7-7) Monday - Thursday**Regular overtime**Pay Rate; £8.90ph depending on skills and experience, rising to £9.10ph after training**Night shift enhancement of 33%**Cordant Group is an equal opportunities employer
