Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a creative Social Media Content Creator looking to delve into the world of experiential hospitality social media marketing and use their creative skills to tell stories from 4* and 5* properties across the country. Theideal candidate will be based in the north to support our properties in that area.You will need a good multi-platform understanding including the type of content and tools required for each along with a good understanding of audience personas.Working closely with the Social Media team, you will have a passion for story-telling and creating engaging content that showcases unique experiences.This is a great opportunity for you if youve spent time in a social media role, enjoy photography and videography and are now wanting to specialise in hospitality marketing.Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Following social media content briefs to create bespoke property content plans with detailed shot lists
  • Carrying out pre-planned property content visits
  • Creating and scheduling eye-catching, high-quality posts using a digital customer experience softwareplatform
  • Engaging with social media networks, tribes and audiences
  • Sharing curated content where relevant
  • Responding to customer service queries and requests through social media platforms
  • Sharing insights and analytics with key stakeholders
  • Monitoring content that has been distributed
  • Work alongside paid advertising teams to achieve KPIs
  • Working closely to build relationships with operational teams
Who are we looking for:
  • At least 1 years experience within a social media role
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills
  • Strong creative skills including photography and videography
  • An eye for what works aesthetically on social media
  • Engaging copywriting skills
  • Ability to research the latest features across channels
  • Ability to follow a social media strategy and content plan
  • Enthusiasm, passion and ambition are must-haves
