Job Description

We are recruiting for Warehouse operatives to work at our clients site in Measham, Leicestershire on a temporary-permanent basis.This is an exciting position for the right candidate to work for a company that values its employees and offers good career development.Responsibilities

  • Packing the product
  • Manually loading and unloading products onto automated machine
  • Operating machinery
  • Stacking & Palletising products
  • Reading and completing paperwork
  • Assembly work
  • Moving products around the facility
  • Quality checking
The Ideal Candidate
  • Physically fit due to lifting and moving the product
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to follow a process and complete paperwork
  • To be able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
  • Happy to stand for the duration of your shift & complete repetitive duties
Job details and benefits
  • Rotating shifts (Days & Afternoons) or Night shift available
  • Rotating - Monday to Friday 6am-2pm / 2-10pm
  • Nights - Sunday to Thursday 10pm-6am
  • £11.00 per hour on days and £13.20 per hour on afternoons with a pay increase when probation period is passed to £11.12 on days and £13.34 on afternoons
  • £14.08 per hour on nights rising to £14.23 after successful probation period
  • Paid for 40 hours per week as your breaks are paid!
