Job Description

Our client is an established company, very reputable and based in Measham. They provide a great working environment and provide fantastic customer service. They provide their services predominantly to the construction industry but also health, education,commerce, etc.They are currently looking to appoint a Purchase Ledger Assistant to work with their existing friendly accounts team. You will be expected to carry out the following duties:

Opening of supplier accounts
Chase orders, statement reconciliation, raising and use of nominal codes, etc
Ensure trial balance is up to date
Assist the Accounts Management in preparing year end results
Admin such as word processing, dealing with enquiries, photocopying, etc
Maintenance of accurate records
Ad hoc duties as may be required
