Sales Order and Accounts AdministratorLocation: Northwest Leicestershire, DE12Salary: Up to £25,000 per annum DOE.Hours: 8-30 to 5pm Monday to Friday with half an hour lunch.Full time, PermanentDo you have experience of sales order processing Are you able to input complex data Do you have experience of invoicing If so, this role could be for you!Flowers Associates are currently seeking an experienced sales administrator to join a well-established company in this dual role of sales order processing and accounts administration.The roleTo ensure that orders are processed accurately to enable sales optimisation and general finance department administration tasks.The successful Sales Order and Accounts Administrator will be responsible for the following duties:Sales Order Processing Duties:• Receive customer orders via telephone, email, and customer portal.• Enter customer orders onto the Company system.• Log customer order discrepancies.• Maintain records of outgoing and incoming stock.• Liaise with customers on orders and queries.• Check delivery notes, raise invoices and input onto the customer portal.Accounts Administration Duties:• Print off invoices and distribute to the authorising manager.• Input purchase ledger invoices.• Raise sales ledger invoices.• Check and maintain stationary stock, place orders, and file delivery notes/invoices.• Scan remittances and send to suppliers.• Provide data input support to the Purchasing department as well as holiday cover when required.• General accounts administration and deal with any accounts related enquiries.The ideal CandidateWill have previous experience of sales order administration with great attention to detail when inputting data as well as experience of invoicing. The Sales Order and Accounts Administrator will need to display excellent communication skills, both verbal andwritten, with a high level of numeracy skills and good knowledge of IT Systems including, Microsoft packages.Previous accounts experience would be advantageous but, basic invoicing experience is suitable for this role.The ideal candidate will have a confident manner, displaying excellent customer service skills, a strong work ethic and be organised in their approach to work.Additional Information:• 28 days Holiday increases with service• Pension• Free Parking• Complimentary tea and coffee
