Job Description

Exigency Recruitment are proud to be in partnership with an established, committed, and growing provider of care for children and young people based in Maylandsea, Essex. They provide exceptional levels of nurture and care designed to meet the individualneeds of the children and young people with complex behavioural and learning difficulties and are recruiting an experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager or a Deputy Childrens Home Manager that is naturally ready to progress.   • £38,000 - £60,000 per annum depending on experience and qualifications. The higher end will require an experienced Registered Manager who has completed multiple Ofsted inspections and who has their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.

  • 2 years experience working with Children and Young People in a residential setting and 2 years experience in a significant managerial capacity.
  • Level 3 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or Residential Childcare.
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Highly desirable, although our client will support you in achieving this)
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Enhanced DBS Check
