Job Description

We are currently seeking Registered Managers for three new Childrens homes in Essex. Our client looks after young people and Children.The organisation specialises in providing therapeutic care to children and young people who have complex needs. Working as a Childrens Home Registered Manager, you must be willing to go above and beyond for the children and young people.This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and established social care provider in their first, newly commissioned Childrens Home. The home is a 7 bed service for looked after children and that is ready for registration.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work directly with Senior Management in developing the service and setting the standards for additional new homes.In return, you will be rewarded with a career defining opportunity to impact on an ambitious and growing organisation that is committed to staff retention, development and equality.Salary and Benefits

£30,000 - £45,000 per annum.

Requirements

Recent experience working either as a Registered Manager or as a Childrens Home Deputy Manager in a Childrens Home.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
Level 3 Diploma for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).
Full UK Driving Licence.
