A large real estate investor and asset management company with an extensive portfolio of flagship commercial and residential real estate assets in Central London, are seeking a Credit Controller to join its team.The role will be working 5 days from their H/Q in Mayfair, however the role will revert to a hybrid working pattern after probation.Key responsibilities will include:· Ensure all outstanding balances on accounts have agreed action plans in place to recover debt.· Take appropriate action to deal with bounced direct debit/cheque payments.· Administer payment plans together with the customer and Property Managers, formerly confirm and record these in accordance with client requirements· Daily review of customer accounts and subsequent liaison with customers and Property Managers, as necessary· Ensure customer accounts are accurate, clear and concise· Provide statements for lease assignments, sales and any customers in litigation.· Monthly and quarterly rent runs· Raising ad hoc invoices· Weekly debt reports· Banking any cheques receivedYou will need:· Credit Control experience (minimum 5 years) ideally within the Real sector· Excellent IT skills· Good organisation and time managementThe ideal candidate will be highly motivated, with strong communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
