Job Description

Business is booming for my client and I am looking to add two new people to their very successful Sales team within a quotations administrator function and a new trainee sales role.The Administrator is about supporting the team with all estimating quotes for clients and taking on the administration tasks for the team who are friendly, outgoing, down to earth, love to help and have a good chat!Daily duties will involve:

  • Producing accurate estimates and quotes for clients from briefs obtained on site
  • Speak to the other teams to obtain all details to provide an accurate quote
  • Handle communications with sub-contractors and suppliers with quotation
  • Keep project packs up to date
  • Maintain an up to date knowledge of products and stocks
  • Be able to make recommendations or replacement ideas - in time once you are fully trained and up to speed!
  • Keep the database up to date
  • Handle client calls into the department
  • Ensure there is a recorded log of all quotes
  • Sending quotes to clients
  • Assist with contracting administration duties
It would be ideal to have come from an estimating or quotation background where you understanding working and interrupting architectural drawings.However an excellent understanding of CRM and MS Office Packages is essential as is a driving license due the location of the office being over towards Marketing Deeping. In an ideal world you will have worked with quotes and estimating within your roleand have a strong administration background, but we can be open to training.I look forward to hearing from you.
